We also offer no interest or low interest financing options through CareCredit (1-800-839-9078). Care Credit can be used by the entire family for ongoing treatment without having to reapply. Care Credit offers a comprehensive range of plan options, for treatment or procedure fees from $1 to over $25,000, and it only takes a few minutes to apply for CareCredit.

We offer an alternative to those without personal insurance called the "J-Plan". This alternative works similar to insurance to provide the opportunity to take advantage of lower payments should the need arise.

     *Individuals: $399/year

     *Couples: $699/year

     *Family of Three: $799/year

     *Family of Four: $899/year

     *Family of Five: $999/year

**Each plan covers 100% preventative care (comprehensive exam, x-rays and regular cleanings, twice a year). At full price, the plan also covers 50% off of all services (excludes services performed by a specialist).
